Shipping Policy

We will typically ship your order within ONE BUSINESS DAY. Periodically, there are exceptions, but when there is a delay of over 72 hours, you will be emailed.

Most packages for the U.S. are shipped USPS. The majority of order will arrive within 2-4 business days. If you need a packaged RUSHED, contact, and he will make arrangements with you for the best possible solution.

When U.S. packages include ANY GLASSWARE, we use DHL or UPS. Signature is required for delivery of these shipments.

ALL packages to CANADA (including shipments with GLASSWARE) are shipped USPS.

Most International packages (to territories other than Canada) are shipped USPS, and will arrive in approximately 5-10 days from the date of the shipment.

When International packages (to territories other than Canada) include ANY GLASSWARE, we use DHL or UPS. Signature is required for delivery of these shipments.

Shipping Costs

CDs are shipped at NO CHARGE to the 48 contiguous U.S. states!

Our shipping costs for all other DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL packages are no longer calculated by the NUMBER of items.

Shipping costs depend on the WEIGHT of the item/package, the shipping options, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied!

With only a few exceptions, we will make exchanges and returns on items purchased from our online store (

1. UNOPENED CDs can be returned. Otherwise, the only time we will accept an OPENED cd is if the product is defective or damaged.
2. VINYL – we don’t accept returns, PERIOD (opened OR unopened), unless it’s defective or damaged. Sorry to be strict, but the vinyl is finicky.
3. CLOTHING/NON-MUSIC MERCHANDISE – no issues with returns on any items!

When you want to make a return, or an exchange, please with the following information:

--Your mailing address
--Your phone number
--Order invoice number
--What you are returning and why
--How you would like us to handle your return or exchange.
--INCLUDE a copy of your email in the return package.
