2007 marked the beginning of Wicked Cool Records, the imprint Steven Van Zandt started to further support new Rock and Roll bands.

In 2015 Wicked Cool Records and Columbia Records co released “Introducing Darlene Love.”

In 2015 Wicked Cool Records entered a distribution deal/partnership with The Orchard to distribute the labels back catalogue and any new acts that Wicked Cool Records signs.

Starting in 2016 Wicked Cool Records and Universal Music have co released Little Steven’s solo records “Soulfire” “Soulfire LIVE!” RockNRoll Rebel - The Early Work: Box Set” “Macca To Mecca” “Summery of Sorcery” and “Summer of Sorcery: Live at the Beacon Theatre”
